Coaching is a collaborative partnership between you and me—an alliance, not a legal business partnership. It’s a thought-provoking, creative process designed to help you clarify goals, build strategy, and move your personal and professional work forward with intention and momentum. Together, we focus on defining what you want, identifying what’s in the way, and creating a practical plan to get there.
Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, substance-use treatment, or legal or medical advice. If you need that kind of support, it’s your responsibility to seek it from a qualified professional.
If you’re currently working with a mental health provider, I recommend letting them know you’re also in a coaching relationship, so all of your support systems can stay aligned.
Coaching works best when you show up honestly, stay open to feedback, and make the time and energy to engage fully in the process. This is active work—and your willingness to participate is a meaningful part of the partnership.
